Personal Training/STrength & Conditioning
Our personal training is for ANYONE looking to improve their fitness regardless of your baseline. Our brand of training starts with a movement assessment performed by our highly trained personal trainers. Our assessment was developed by our team of movement coaches and physical therapists. This assessment gathers necessary information about your strength and mobility so that a truly customized plan can be developed for you. All of our clients start with private sessions in order to learn our system and to ensure your safety. You then have the option to progress to semi-private sessions in which you will share gym time with other clients all the while doing your own custom designed program with one of our trainers overseeing your workout.
Pilates
We offer private and semi-private sessions as well as small group Pilates classes. In these sessions we utilize various Pilates devices such as reformers, Pilates chair, rings, balls, weights, bands, balance pads, and discs.
Off-season Strength Training Class for Runners
This is a 50-minute small group class designed specifically to address common movement and strength issues in runners.
