Upon completion of your Injury Prevention Screening, you will be prescribed corrective exercises SPECIFIC to your needs as determined by one of our movement and performance experts. Following your movement analysis, you will be directed toward the appropriate level of each exercise to target your individual identified weaknesses or inefficient movement patterns.
